Are you a fan of the works of C.S. Lewis? Are you interested in digging deeper to understand his works of fiction? Then you won't want to miss this opportunity!

Beginning on Friday, August 19, Douglas Wilson, director of NSA's MA program, will deliver a free weekly series on the Fiction of C.S. Lewis. You are invited to attend the hour-long lectures each Friday during NSA's academic term at 11:00 am at the Nuart on Main Street.

During the first lecture, this Friday, you'll hear an introductory overview of Lewis's fiction and an explanation of the series.  Weeks 2–8 will cover one Narnia book per lecture. Weeks 9–15 will be a series of thematic studies throughout the Narnia stories. Weeks 16-19 will be a discussion of the Ransom trilogy and the Dark Tower, as well as Till We Have Faces and Lewis's collected poems.

To get the most out of the lectures, we recommend that you follow the suggested reading list:

Note: This series will be recorded with the intention of making it available as part of a self-paced online C.S. Lewis course that can be purchased through BibleMesh.
The video will not be live streamed or posted on our website or social media at this time.
