The Executive Vice President assists the President of the College, leading all non-academic
units, providing for the long-term health of the College, and by promoting the College among its various
constituent groups. The Executive Vice President provides administrative leadership, guiding the College’s
non-academic personnel toward supporting and meeting the College’s academic and spiritual mission and
goals with quality and distinction. The Executive Vice President reports to the President.

The Director of Advancement and Development leads the college’s fundraising efforts. General fundraising work
will include the coordination of campaigns and events, as well as donor development, ongoing communication within the
donor network, and grant-writing.
New Saint Andrews College is looking to appoint a full-time Rhetoric instructor beginning July 2020. The successful applicant will be required to teach the College’s year-long Rhetoric Colloquium, supervise public declamation exercises, and teach various electives as directed by the Dean. We prefer applicants with a terminal degree, a background in classical rhetoric, and experience coaching students in eloquence. The successful applicant will need to be able to sign the college’s statement of faith.
