"Carnival of the Animals": Grace Agenda Concert, April 9

You are invited to this year's Spring Concert on Saturday, April 9, during NSA's prospective student weekend and the Grace Agenda Conference. NSA's Dr. David Erb will be conducting the Collegium Musicum and Schola Cantorum's Chenaniah Choir. The concert includes Camille Saint-Saens's "Carnival of the Animals" and "Some 'Prayers From the Ark": musical settings of selections from the poetry collection by the same name by Carmen Bernos de Gasztold (translated into English from the original French). The orchestra will include current and former NSA students, faculty, and student instrumentalists from the U of I, and a few community players as well.

Haddock Performance Hall, inside the U of I Lionel Hampton School of Music
