MA and MFA update!
Announcing our new MFA, and changes to our current MA!
Further up and further in! We are excited to announce that we have revised our Masters of Theology & Letters degree, and added a new degree program—the Camperdown Writers’ Kiln MFA.
Recently approved by our accreditation agency, Camperdown Writers’ Kiln is an MFA in Creative Writing, which will be directed by author N.D. Wilson. Enrollment will be very limited, with only five students accepted into the program each year.
We’ve also enhanced our Masters of Theology & Letters degree program and given it a strong new emphasis on linguistics and philology.
See the boxes below for more details on the revamped MA, plus some introductory information about our new MFA. If you have any questions about either program, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The M.F.A. in Creative Writing is a limited enrollment, academically rigorous, low residency, two-year course of graduate studies for those aspiring to recover a faithful, theologically rich approach to the creative arts, particularly writing. All students will study biblical theology as a foundational element for developing the creative imagination, and each student will work closely with tutors on creative writing projects. The two-year course is built around three one-week intensive workshops (in residence) per year. The students are assigned specific creative and critical projects to be completed between workshops, with set deadlines for the submission of their work.
