Jared and Mackenzie (2001) (Struble) Miller have a baby daughter: Alice Magdalene Pearl Miller, born in Italy on February 15 at 1:07 am Western European Standard Time. They thank everyone for their prayers for the labor and also for smooth dealings with a foreign medical system, which seemed to be mostly obstetric nurses shouting Forza!and Brava!. Alice weighed in at a healthy 3.975 kilos (8 lb 12.2 oz) and was 52 cm (20.5 in) long (see the picture of Alice below).

Isaac and Lydia (Shade) Mahar are the proud parents of a healthy little girl, Alaina Rose, born Sunday afternoon, January 18, 2004. Alaina has a full head of dark hair and huge dark eyes. Mother and baby are healthy. This is their first child. The growing Mahar family makes its home in Oregon City, Oregon.

Ruth (Lincoln) Turner (attended 1995-96) and husband Scott have a new baby, Luke Thomas Turner, born Aug. 19, 2003. He joins siblings John Hnery (5 yrs.), Elizabeth (3 yrs.), and Christian (2 yrs.). The Turner family (turner@prorege.com) makes its home in the Portland area.

Jayson, Hannah, and Jonah (almost 2 years old) Grieser live in Irving, TX, where Jayson is pursuing a Ph.D. in Classical Literature at the University of Dallas. Hannah is expecting a brother for Jonah in June.

Nate (B.A. 99) and Heather Wilson have a new baby girl, Lucia Linn. She joins brother Rory Douglas as the new Superkiddies. Her birth was timed perfectly to match the release of Nate's new parody, Supergeddon (Canon).
